Art Gola offers artist memberships billed on a monthly basis. Membership provides eligible artists with a profile on the Platform and access to the features included in the selected membership tier. Founder, promotional, introductory, or other special pricing applies only as described in the offer presented at enrollment.
An active membership includes a public artist profile on the Platform, portfolio display, inclusion in search and discovery results, and routing of client inquiries to the artist. Specific features depend on the membership tier selected at enrollment and are described on the Platform at the time of purchase. Art Gola may add, change, or retire features over time to improve the Platform.
Membership fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each monthly billing period. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third party payment processor. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, and applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Before completing checkout, you must affirmatively agree to the Terms of Service, these Payment Terms, and the Privacy Policy. By providing a payment method and completing checkout, you authorize Art Gola and Stripe to charge the disclosed membership fee and applicable taxes to that payment method on the date of purchase and automatically each month thereafter until you cancel.
Your membership automatically renews each month at the then current price for your membership tier unless you cancel before the next billing date. The recurring nature of the membership, the amount charged at checkout, and the cancellation right will be disclosed before purchase.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@artgola.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for the current billing period.
After a successful purchase, Art Gola will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with the account. The confirmation may include the membership selected, amount charged, monthly renewal terms, cancellation instructions, links to the applicable legal policies, and a receipt or payment reference supplied by Art Gola or Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining a current and accurate email address on your account.
Promotional, Founder, introductory, or discounted pricing applies only as stated in the offer presented at enrollment. Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, Art Gola may charge the standard price for the selected membership tier after the promotional period ends. When required by law, Art Gola will provide advance notice of a change to the recurring price.
If a membership payment fails, Stripe or Art Gola may retry the charge and may ask you to update your payment method. If payment remains unresolved, Art Gola may pause or hide your profile, restrict membership features, or deactivate the membership until the balance is resolved. Art Gola will not be responsible for lost visibility, inquiries, or opportunities resulting from an unpaid or inactive membership.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@artgola.com. Your membership will ordinarily remain active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew after that period.
Cancelling your membership does not automatically delete your account or account data. Account deletion is governed by the Account Cancellation and Deletion section of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your paid billing period and will not be charged again. Fees already paid are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law, including for partial monthly billing periods.
Billing errors are always corrected. If you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a completed cancellation, contact hello@artgola.com and we will correct the error and refund the difference to your original payment method. If a technical issue on our side materially prevented your profile or a paid membership feature from working, contact hello@artgola.com within thirty (30) days of the charge; Art Gola will review the circumstances in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund or account credit at its discretion, except where a refund is otherwise required by law. We aim to respond to refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact hello@artgola.com promptly so Art Gola can investigate. You retain any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law. Art Gola may temporarily restrict or suspend an account while a payment dispute, suspected fraud, or chargeback is being investigated.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not by itself cancel a membership. You should also cancel the membership through your account settings or contact Art Gola if you do not want future renewal charges.
Membership fees may be subject to sales tax or similar taxes depending on your location. Where Art Gola or Stripe is required to collect taxes, the applicable amount will be calculated and added at checkout or on the invoice. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your membership other than taxes on Art Gola's income.
Art Gola does not process payments between artists and clients, takes no commission on bookings, and is not a party to any transaction, contract, or dispute between an artist and a client. All booking payments, deposits, refunds, and related arrangements are handled directly between the artist and the client under their own agreement.
Art Gola may change membership prices from time to time. A price change will not alter a billing period that has already been paid. When required by law, Art Gola will provide advance notice before a new recurring price is charged. Continuing the membership after the new price takes effect authorizes Art Gola and Stripe to charge the updated amount, except where additional consent is required by law.
These Payment Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Payment Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alabama, consistent with the Terms of Service, including its acknowledgment of non-waivable consumer rights.
