1. About These Standards

Art Gola is a directory that connects professional live event artists with the people who want to hire them for weddings, showers, corporate events, and other celebrations. These Community Standards explain what we expect from everyone who uses the platform. They work alongside our Terms of Service, and following them keeps Art Gola trustworthy for artists and clients alike.

2. Who Art Gola Is For

Art Gola is for professional live event artists building a public profile, and for clients such as couples, families, and event planners who are looking to hire them. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or apply for a membership.

3. What We Expect From Artists

Keep your profile honest and current. Your bio, location, pricing, availability, and portfolio should reflect who you are and the work you actually do. Only upload artwork and photographs you own or have permission to use, in line with our Copyright Policy. All portfolio artwork must be your own original, human-created work and may not be generated by artificial intelligence (AI). Ordinary editing of a photograph of genuine human-created artwork, such as cropping, exposure or color correction, resizing, or similar presentation edits, does not by itself make the underlying artwork AI-generated. Communicate promptly and make every reasonable effort to fulfill the commitments you make directly with clients. Represent your experience accurately, and do not impersonate another artist or business.

4. What We Expect From Clients

Reach out to artists in good faith with accurate event details. Treat artists with respect in your messages and interactions. Do not use inquiry messages for spam, solicitation, or purposes unrelated to booking an artist.

5. Behavior That Is Not Allowed

The following are not permitted on Art Gola: creating fake profiles or impersonating someone; posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; uploading content you do not have the right to use; uploading AI-generated artwork as portfolio work; posting fake reviews or manipulating engagement; harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination against any person or group; sharing another person's private information without permission; attempting to defraud artists or clients; using the platform for anything illegal; and attempting to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.

6. A Note on Bookings

Art Gola is a directory and connection platform. Any booking, contract, or payment is directly between the artist and the client, and Art Gola is not a party to it. We ask both sides to communicate clearly and act in good faith, but disputes about a specific booking are resolved between the artist and client.

7. A Curated Community

Art Gola is a curated directory. Application and listing decisions are based on professional quality criteria such as portfolio quality, experience, and profile completeness. We reserve the right to refuse or remove listings that are not a good fit for the Art Gola community or that do not meet our quality or professionalism standards, even when a rule has not been broken.

8. How We Keep the Community Safe

New artist applications are reviewed before approval. If content or behavior breaks these standards, we may remove content, request changes, issue a warning, pause or hide a profile, or suspend or remove an account. Repeat or serious violations can result in permanent removal. We make these decisions at our reasonable discretion to protect the community.

9. Reporting a Concern

If you see a profile, message, or piece of content that you believe breaks these standards, email us at hello@artgola.com with the details and any relevant links. We review reports promptly and may follow up for more information.

10. Changes

We may update these Community Standards from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above.
